  • Hey..everything you said is something new to me. I like the idea. How do you put the kernels and coconut oil inside the brown paper? I mean how do you seal them? And do you use a special brown paper made for popcorn or anything?

  • I'm not an expert. But I believe that you almost got everything there. You have protein, fiber, fat,and carbs. That's a good way to start your day. That's also the kind of breakfast that i usually have and I feel good about it.
  • It's a myth. Our body doesn't know if it's night or day. When you eat something before you go to bed, it will stay in your stomach until you wake up in the morning. When you start to move around, the calories that you took in before you went to sleep is then burned.
  • I love tuna on pasta, mixed with lots of tomato, basil, mushrooms, eggplants, lots of garlic and olive oil. I just had it 3 hours ago :)
  • Oh yes...I love making sandwiches out of left-over fish (I learned this from my father). It tastes so good even without mayo, dressing, or anything else that we usually add on sandwiches.
  • I'm looking at a list here of different flavors of V8. http://www.nutritionix.com/v-fusion/menu The maximum sodium content is 125 mg and the least is 40. Is that too much in a can or bottle? I'm not an expert. I'm just as curious...

  • I was also looking for a way to increase my protein intake but I couldn't find a protein bar that would give me at least 25 g. Most of what I see from this website contains 7-10 g only. Source: http://www.nutritionix.com/search?q=protein+bars
  • I usually add raisins, nuts and whatever fruit I have in my kitchen. I tried cooking it with ginger, chunks of chicken, salt and pepper before but I didn't like it. I prefer my oatmeal sweet.
  • Aside from their suggestion, you can also mix some chocolate on it and pour it on top of frozen fruits to get a crunchy chocolate toppings.
  • I love it! And I don't care about it's nutrients.
  • We prepare sushi rolls at home. Actually, the mayo is just a thin spread over the Japanese rice. It wouldn't add more than 50 calories. And yes, watch out for the sodium on soy sauce.
  • When you are trying to lose weight, it's important that you eat nutritious foods and not junks. Otherwise, it could pose some serious damage to your health.
