For disease prevention (hopefully) and weight loss. I’ve been carrying this extra weight around for far too long. Time to do something about it.

I know that feeling! Just starting keto and looking for keto friends who understand this way of life.

Hi, I’m getting back on the keto wagon. Lost 15 pounds in September with this woe, and am excited to lose more! Always looking for new friends who understand this lifestyle.

I'm intrigued by it, but still trying to figure out what I'd eat (I'm also gluten-free). Need to do some more research before I go all the way, or else I know I'll give up. So for now, I'm attempting 10 vegan meals a week. Would love to be friends to share meal ideas and tips--do you share your food diary?

I'm 5'1 and 135, and I eat at least 1500 cal per day. A little more on workout days.

Love Love Love! I've been doing Bikram Yoga on and off since 2006 and I absolutely adore it. I feel incomplete when I haven't been to class in a while. I've done Heated Vinyasa as well, which I also love, but with Bikram you do the same 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises every time. There are no surprises, and yet somehow…

Mine is for Chryslers and I most certainly have not been searching for vehicles. Once I got a Pizza Hut ad, which is just plain wrong.

Because moving my body every day makes me feel good. I sleep better and have fewer allergy symptoms. I feel all weird and spazzy when I go too long without a good sweat.

What an amazing victory! Way to go!

I find that the better hydrated I am, the more I sweat (derp, right?). I love a good, tshirt-soaking sweat, so I try to drink 2-3 liters a day. Also, when I'm working out regularly, I turn into a sweaty mess almost immediately into my workout. If my workouts are few and far between, it takes much longer before the sweat…
