Hi. I have Hypothyroidism and PCOS....My doctor recommended low carb and high protein and I have been losing weight. I eat eggs and some meat everyday for breakfast, lots of chicken, pork, cottage cheese...red meat sometimes 2 times a week. I also drink protein shakes. good luck. Donna

Was in Target yesterday, and these two women were talking about obesity blah blah blah! I mean seriously we all know that Obesity is a big deal, but it hurts that they would be talking so loudly for "me" to hear. BUT I am not going to let them discourage me....I am changing my life one day at a time and feel great!!!

eggs, cottage cheese, protein shakes...I use Muscletech Whey Isolate....it has 30 grams of protein and 9 carbs and it tastes great. I like to put it in my blender with ice and make a chocolate shake :)

I enjoy MuscleTech 100% ulra pure WHey Isolate (rich chocolate) It has 30 g of protein and 9 g carbs with 160 calories....I use it with water and most of the time will add ice and make into a thick shake by putting it is the blender.
