  • I love this guy but one question. He really stressed weights over cardio and i get that but where does water jogging fit in. I love that and i thought since there was resistence against the water that it was up there with kettlebells. Someone please clarify.
  • I do not believe she is 160 either. If you look at the pic, you can tell she is a shorty. I am 5'2 @ 158lbs and my bottom sizes range from 8-10 depending on the designer. But she is def not tall.

  • I just posted a topic called yogurt on pancakes. I use fiber one yogurt and fresh fruit on my pancakes instead of syrup. People at work thought it looked nasty until they noticed my weight loss.   • Congrats to you!!! Did you add any thing xtra like flax seeds or wheat germ? Did you use water or milk. I want to so bad but i just cant imagine using water. I need some sort of creamyness. So i use almond milk.

I do not like it even though it ask for all your info such as weight, age, etc. The reason i do not like it is bc it does not work well on hills and that is what i walk in my neighborhood.   • Have you tried water aerobics? Im going to try that tommorrow. I have never done this before but im going with a girlfriend who is trying it and she likes it. She said when she was finished her legs felt rubbery. I know this does not compare to swimming laps but every bit of exercise counts.

  • I just bought some today. I live in georgia so Kroger sells them. Im sure you can get them at walmart. Those things are good. Between those and Luna Bars. Larabar's have no sodium and thats the main thing i like about them. I read a post on here earlier that they are good pre/post workout snacks and not meal replacements.
