  • thanks for the replies :) i will incline the treadmill and throw some strength training it...have been doing the shred this week. I was running on trail, that does have a lot of soft areas...pretty much in between road and beach running i would guess...my 6 mile run were great this week...headed out for another long run…

  • I agree with azdak The touch sensors are not as accurate I had one and it gave me crazy high calorie burns when I ran. Double what everything else was saying. I also agree that it is awesome you are getting out there and any exercise will be beneficial!! Keep rocking it!!!

  • oh i so think this is true. i am 5 feet and my friend is much taller then me and my running is her walking...you should see how much work i have to do when we speed walk...i am panting and she is strolling a long. these little legs surely get a workout :)
