    Started January 1 and down 29lbs. Dropped from a tight size 14 jeans and just this past weekend, fit into size 8 jeans!!

    Although I joined this site quite some time ago, I didn't actually start seriously using it until this past December 12th. Thirteen pounds down as you can see, but I've gone from a size 22 to a tight 16 (YES!!). I too was hoping to be down more than I am, but whatever, it's a marathon not a sprint! Great job everyone and good luck on your continuing journey! :drinker:

    I actually started January 9th and I'm down 10 pounds and 3 inches off my thighs and hips and 3.5 inches off waist. I Also started kickboxing that day. I go 1-2x a week. I recently added walking/jogging so hopefully when i weigh in again on April 9th there will be at least an additional 5 pounds off.....Good luck everyone with this daily walk.

    Started January 1 at 211 lbs and am now at 175, for a loss to date of 36 lbs. My initial goal weight was 185 but at that weight I still had more flab around my belly than I wanted so I've dropped my goal weight to 170. 5 lbs to go. P90X FTW!

    Started at 327.6 on Dec 27th....as of 3/21/12 I am 304.4 for a 23.2 lb drop

    I started Jan. 11 2012 the day after my 42nd Birthday, weighed 180 pounds. Weighed in today and I weigh 160 so 20 pounds lost so far 25 lbs. to go till goal weight!! lost inches also went down at least 1 pant size have not went shopping in awhile to know if I can wear another size smaller yet.     I started January 2nd. I've lost 16 lbs and I think several inches. I have almost moved down a full pant size. I'm still about 50lbs to go; but slow and steady wins the race! I feel better and better each week!

    On Jan 1st I weighed 253lbs, joined mpf on 12 Jan 12. Since then I lost 31 lbs and went from 42 to just under a 38 waist. Feel great, eating healthy and hitting gym 5 days a week. Good luck and remember we are all different when it comes to losing weight. Don't be discouraged if you feel you are not getting similar results.

    I started between Christmas and New Years at 190 lbs. I'm currently 164 lbs, about 19 more to go!
