Your explanation is just fine, but in the OP, you really made it sound like you were trying to reinstate drug testing because he smokes on the weekend. ("I've been working on re-instating the random drug tests because he bragged to me that he smokes the devil's lettuce almost every weekend.") Which has nothing to do with…

You're going to end up having to change your schedule pretty drastically if you expect to stay awake and alert through your shift. What worked best for my husband was to wake up a couple hours before his shift, eat breakfast, head off to work. He'd stay awake for a few hours after he got home, take the first shift of care…

One step at a time. Your jeans are fitting again, that's great. Give yourself more time and everything else will too :)

You look great! I'm 5'8 and pretty large framed as well, it's hard to know what the scale says vs what my body actually looks like. I think I may try to put together some sort of progress shots as well, but I was so good at staying away from cameras before. It's really nice to see your progress, you are fantastic.

Before replying to a thread with a snarky remark, consider taking off the douche pants and just answering the question, or even moving on. Or hell, since the topic is clearly stated in the TOPIC title, just don't click it. Seriously. It's that easy. OP - Yes, it counts, all the more since you don't add sweetener. If it's…

Like I should play around the the grey scale feature more often in pictures, you rock it!

Judgey pants time. If you can't figure out the difference between your and you're, I automatically think *you're pathetic.

On the bike, I fire up my kindle app and read while I bike. Easy peasy. Or, you can do the tactic I do with laundry. I hate folding it, so I only allow myself to watch episodes of a certain show while I'm folding laundry. You could try that with the bike :)

In my experience, just getting back to the gym makes everything feel much better. Sorry I don't have an answer for the baths. Oh, and lots of water!

Try thinking of it like this instead: They were going to eat a burger anyway. Good for them for knocking out some calories so it didn't hit so hard.

It is very important that she attends support groups and informative meetings to gather all of the facts that she can. Sometimes, GB can be a really good starting point for a healthier lifestyle, but she needs to understand everything she is committing herself to. If I were you, I would do some research and offer to join…

I've been in love with this guy here: http://www.lanebryant.com/microfiber-front-closure-molded-sports-bra/p65248/index.pro?selectedColor=Black It's a front closure, very supportive, very non-bouncy. I bought it on a whim (they were doing a bogo sale), and really like it.

Worked there for a few weeks years ago, was so put off by the careless casual attitude towards food safety regulations (wanna guess how many hours the meatballs stay in that heater until they are tossed? first hint, it's days, not hours) that I avoid it as much as possible now.

If we're going out I try to make sure it's a running day so I have extra calories to play with.

I know that it is rough on the non-parents in the store, but you gotta try to understand. Being a parent is hard. We're put in situations all of the time that are embarrassing, humiliating, and frankly just tough. It's bad enough that for whatever reason (tired, overstimulated, having a rough day, hungry, ect), our child…

But it's so delicious and moist...

Two miles running around the track, following by a four mile ride on the stationary bike to cool down, topped off with thirty minutes of weight lifting.

Raw with a bit of hummus, steamed in my rice cooker, or roasted with a bit of olive oil. Yum!

Do some research. Quinoa is delicious and stunningly healthy, but it's rise in popularity is hurting native countries. They can't afford to buy it for themselves anymore, and malnutrition rates are rising. They are selling off livestock to turn the fields into quinoa plots. I wish I could find the article, but I'm on the…

Yep, and I'm only 26. It's not just wrinkles, (although, those are starting to peek through, enough to get me to finally get serious about quitting the smokes), but I feel like since my face is so much thinner without my chubbybunny cheeks, it ages me a butt-ton. Ah well. At least I don't have to find my ID as often…

Keeping it low-key over here. Face moisturizer with sunscreen Maybeline dreammatte mouse foundation Any black eyeshadow and a decently small brush Got2Be Glued spiking hair gel Chapstick

I haven't had it in years, but butterfinger dipped in strawberry yogurt used to be a special treat. I cringe now, but man, it was tasty.

Gender stereotypes! My favorite! I agree with the plenty (although not as many as I expected in four pages) of replies that suggest you find something in your girl's alley. If shoes and perfume really are her thing, than go with something along those lines. Flowers are over-used because they are generic, and for a good…

Yep, from anyone. I guess I'm just too naive to immediately assume a stranger is taking the time to lie to me. I get cute and adorable lots, mostly from husband. I don't mind it at all. I'm not a super serious person, if someone called me beautiful and sophisticated, it would be hella weird.

I'll admit, I snickered a bit. I've always wondering where canola came from, and I've always just not given enough sh*ts to find out. Thanks for doing my legwork, and I'm sorry that the internet scared you (and then taunted you mercilessly when you tried to express your concerns). Be careful out there. I think it's…

Beauty and hotness come in all shapes and sizes. I've been incredibly attracted to women that were probably in the overweight or even obese category, and also to smaller women too.

They are just as proportionately large for my body size, but cupwise, they did go down, quite a bit.

I've got a friend who was advised by her doctor to add protein powder to her son's milk when he was only 2 or 3. He had some sensory development holdups, wouldn't eat solid food, and until they could get it figured out with therapy, they wanted to at least make sure he was getting some nutrients. I do think that maybe…

Running is the best for me, but I cannot stand running on a treadmill since I switched to track running. I get bored and lose motivation so quickly. So usually I run around the track or outdoors. Sometimes I hop on the elliptical if I feel like watching a show and nobody else is in that area of the gym (hurray, control of…
