So sorry! I understand!! I did the same thing last December, don't let it derail you! Keep counting your calories and you won't gain the weight back. After a few weeks I was able to ride a sit down stationary bike. Take care of your foot (mine is still not competely normal).

My husband and I start week 2 tomorow...yikes! Keep hearing it's the hardest week. By the end of this past week I was already feeling stronger. I remember from the shred, at first her workouts seem impossible (espcially after a long break from exercising) but its amazing how fast your body gets used to it.

Teramae, what if you did a reverse pushup... while lying on your back do a chest press. You could use a little more weight than you do through out the rest of the dvd....just a thought, but I don't know a lot!

I just have to post that I am enjoying getting up an hour and half before my kids to make sure I have time to shred before they wake up. Usually they are the ones who wake me up, but it is so nice to have exercised and showered before they wake up, even if I do have to get up at 5:30 to make it happen :>
