  • I have been to Beaches in Turks and Caicos and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL !! They have the nicest beach there. I would definitely bring nice evening wear. Of course, some like to keep it more casual, but I found that at that particular resort, you want to dress up. So yes, bring those dresses and heels, and have fun !!

  • Congrats on you success so far ! I never tried it but you should read on CALORIE CYCLING. It's supposed to work wonders when you hit a plateau. Keep up with your commitment, you are doing great !
  • Just aim for shorter workouts. You'll be able to push yourself to do it if you just aim for 10 or 15 minutes a day. Do a different body part each day, with some days just doing cardio.
