Hi there! My wedding is October 11th (coming up SO ****ING FAST) and I'd like to lose about 25-30lbs before then. My dress fits me awesome right now and makes me look tall and slender which I LOVE but I'd like to be even more trim by my wedding. I am doing keto whenever possible but I admittedly have a lot of cheats…

I can definitely tell! You look much slimmer in your face and body! Your recent picture is a bit fuzzy but I can still definitely tell a difference! You're doing great, keep it up!

WOW!!! Amazing!!! 13,000 steps a day is AWESOME, well done!!! And it is clearly working. Keep it up and you'll have the rest off in no time!
-
Keep up the good work and congrats on your upcoming nuptials!

I agree with Nicole. This could go really great or it could leave you feeling deprived. Do you like cooking? Because my suggestion would be (if you decide to try keto) to submerse yourself into cooking and trying new recipes. There are SO MANY good keto recipes out there (google Caveman Keto and Linda's Low Carb for some…

Congrats on hitting your goal, that is great!

That's awesome! Thanks for the recommendation!

I'm late to the party, but one I discovered a couple weeks ago is vodka and water with lemonade MiO and sweet tea MiO! Low carb and low cal Arnold Palmer!

This is an option but not necessarily what OP "should" be doing. I am on LC/HF too but it's not for everyone. Suggestions are nice but don't tell people what they should be doing. Just sayin ;)

Awww :( I like Jesse. He's gone off the deep end, though. But I can't blame him. The *kitten* he has put up with and everything he's been through, I just feel bad for the guy. I fncking hate Walt. But he is a fantastic bad guy. I love to hate him. He is just an awful human being. I think he's going to go down in a blaze of…

I'm 27 and 220 but I burn about that much with 30 mins on the elliptical. Get yourself a heart rate monitor so that you'll know exactly how much you're burning. The batteries in mine are dead right now and I miss having one :( Need to fix it soon. It's nice to know exactly how much you're burning!

Just started last week. I love it. Get creative with your meals and enjoy it! It's delicious :D

The only fitbit suitable for swimming, from what I understand, is the Flex. The others aren't waterproof, just water resistant, so if you sweat on it, it'll be ok. The flex is waterproof though.

WOW!!! Your "now" picture looks like "August 2011's" daughter! You have lost years along with pounds. You look amazing!
-
Wow, that's seriously only 20lbs?! You look fabulous! Way to go!!!
-
My goodness, you look like your own daughter! So much younger and healthier! Congrats!
-
Thank you! I just got a HUGE zucchini at work on Friday and have been trying to figure out something to do with them :) thanks!

Reminds me of the fad in the 80's or whenever it was when people would wire their jaws shut to lose weight! Crazy

If you are really committed then it is totally possible! You just need to put the work in, and don't fall off the wagon if/when you get discouraged. Work steadily and you'll get there!

I love your Niners ticker, that is awesome! Mine says 190 and I am about 220 right now. Can't wait until my license isn't lying anymore. And then I can't wait until it's lying again because I'm lower than 190 ;) Haha.

Congrats on the loss, keep it up! Cheers! :drinker:
-
That's a great compliment! WTG :)

Yes, I would like more info as well! How much money do you have to put down to start?
-
Wow! Huge difference! You look great! The lighting is much better in the recent photo too, haha!

You have to keep in mind that the fitbit estimates cals burned based on steps, not on your heartbeat. An HRM more accurately estimates cals burned during exercise. I use my fitbit to keep me motivated during my desk job. I use an HRM to see how many cals I burn during actual exercise. For example, going to BodyPump and the…

In your before, it's like you're hiding behind the baby saying "Don't look at me!" No more hiding for you! You look awesome. Way to go!

I have the fitbit zip and I really like it! Pros: easy to use, small, comes with a clippy thing so you can clip it to your pocket/sportsbra (for the ladies)/belt/whatever, easy to sync to the website (although I don't usually use it to sync to mfp because I only record my workouts on here and the fitbit records all…
