Use them instead of beef in pasta sauce!

I don't have a wii anymore (lost it in the divorce, which turned out to be MUCH better for my health). I did boxing, hula hoops, stepping, and strength and yoga all the time. Not a great workout, but better than nothing.

I stopped eating bread during a plateau last year. Without changing anything else, I lost an additional 5 pounds and my belly flab flattened right out and I rarely got bloated. I felt great. Once I started eating bread again this all reversed, of course. Not saying this would be the case with everyone, just with me.

I used to bike a lot (at least 1hr/day with hills), including some mountain biking and I had pretty muscular legs. More so quads than calves though.

1200 calories isn't enough if you are exercising. You don't need to eat them all back (in fact you probably shouldn't, MFP tends to overestimate exercise calories) but you should eat some if you are hungry. Your weight loss journey should be about treating your body right, through healthy eating and exercising, not…

You can always stop at grocery stores every few days to buy fruit, veggies, bags of salad, granola bars, etc. On my routine drives from Canada to Mexico we bring a cooler that plugs into the cigarette lighter and fill it up with things like that.

Oh man, back fat. Just below the shoulder blades. I had to get new bras almost right away in my journey because the old ones didn't do anything anymore! And stomach too. I know I'm lucky that I lost there so soon!

You can't stop reduce actual fat. However I find I'm way less bloated in my tummy when I avoid bread, salt, diet pop, etc, and it makes a big difference in how I look and feel.

I would say above all else to stop stressing about it. When you get stressed out, your body stops regulating itself. Three days isn't so long if you're not in pain. I read somewhere (probably here lol) that anywhere between three times a day and three times a week is normal. You can always wait it out or try the laxatives…

My collar bone, ribs, and hips. They've never been visible before! My arms and legs are pretty nice looking too. Same with my back, stomach, boobs, and face. You know what? All of my is pretty great. =)

It depends on the person entirely. I've lost 60 pounds and only really dropped two or three pant sizes.

Oh wow, you guys have me a little jealous here. I'm a student, so mine is about $40-$60/month, including coffee and an occasional meal out. I buy food in bulk when possible, and eat as cheaply as I can for the rest- rice, beans, the cheapest apples frozen veggies (fresh when I can, but I don't get to the grocery store…

I'm 5'6", started around 210 though. It honestly might have been higher though. I was too afraid to weigh myself until I'd lost a bit.

I'm 5'6", close enough.

Full of chemicals, but I drink diet cola or Crystal Lite when I have that immediately-after-dinner sweet tooth that just cannot be ignored.

Not marriage, but an unhappy long-term relationship. At first when it was really bad I ate my unhappy feelings and couldn't manage to lose weight because I was so miserable. Then I turned it around and started starving and exercising my feelings away. Equally unhealthy, probably, but I lost a good 40 pounds that way before…

I usually go with MFP, whether it's higher or lower, because it factors in your weight. Gym machines give a more general estimate for an average person. Although I have used a few gym machines that make you enter your weight for calories burned estimates. I find they're always really close to MFP, and take which ever is…

Lol, I lost 5 pounds (exactly what I gained over Christmas) with the Norwalk virus a few weeks ago. Took care of that problem!

Mine are all the same after 60 pounds of weight loss, and a bit of weight gain at the start. That being said, my tattoos are on my wrist, upper back, ankle, and calf, and I don't remember those places being trouble areas for fat for me, haha.

I love to eat, especially in the evening. I save at least 800-900 calories for dinner and snacks after. So worth it.

Not the same thing at all, but I've suffered from sever whole-body eczema for many years. I've used the harshest topical steroids available, and even needed the pills, though it never really helped. Now that I eat better and take better care of myself I rarely need the steroids. It certainly pays to be good to yourself.

Mustard has 5-10 calories per tbsp. I personally put that or honey mustard (20 cals/tbsp) on almost everything. And I never even use anything close to the serving size, so I don't usually log it.

Haha, my boyfriend is 6'0" and 130 pounds, last he weighed himself. I think my efforts of making him eat more have upped to closer to 140, but that's still at least 10 pounds less than me. I mentioned MFP and food journaling to him for the first time recently, as I'd been on a good long break from it when we started…

I am 5'6" with a pretty large frame. Here some pics of me at various weights.

When I was in middle school I was horrified that I was 160 pounds! When I reached that in the other direction (and it took 50 pounds and 7 months!) I jumped for joy. I was so happy, haha.
-
Also, if you're sick you should give yourself a break. You don't need to work out for hours and starve yourself when your body needs rest. If you're hungry, then eat. Your body needs it.
-
Hahaha, I sure do weigh more than my boyfriend. In my defense, he's a pretty spindly. Like, underweight BMI. Whereas I am in the normal and healthy range.

Yeah, I'm constantly surprised by my reflection. And shopping is ridiculous! My friends MADE me go shopping for new clothes after 50 pounds (yeah, I did look pretty silly), and I kept trying on the larges or the biggest size pants, and then getting frustrated when they were way too big. It seems counter-intuitive, since I…

I know I've posted this in its own thread, but I'm not sure if I've posted in here or not. Oh well, here are my pic so far!
