  • most supermarkets now stock it, but Holland and Barrett def has it for 2.99 for 500g bag. It keeps for ever if you stick it in a jar somewere cool and dry. It's around the same price in Tesco and Asda in the health food aisle next to the vegetarian and "free from" range.

  • six years ago when i was pregnant with my son, i gave up tea and coffee as the smell made me sick. I started with herbal tea and fruit infusions then 4 years ago a friend came back from south Africa with some roibos tea. I have never gone back to normal tea. And now it is more popular, they do them in different flavours…
  • they have an extra lite mayo which i love, so i buy the lite for my husband and the xtra lite for me.
  • been there, i call it the hangover effect. When i work out i sweat and if don't drink plenty of water i get that feeling. My trick is to drink a lot more water when i work out and i also have a banana before and after the work out. This keeps the headaches away. it gets better with time. I take multi vets as well and they…
  • I've just come from there and got some lean pork and it was reduced. It really is great that they have that selection, even their sausages are lean.

  • i keep a 500ml bottle on the bedstand which i drink at night, always have done. I thought everyone was like that. Even my husband does it. i think of it as a good thing as we sweat when we are sleeping so we get thirsty and replenish.
  • the 1st thing i would do is take my kids to disney world, the proper one not the one in paris. then i would put a chunk away for their college fund, buy a house put my kids in really good schools, buy my mama a big ol' house with maids. give to charities, set up foundation and blow a big chunk on shopping. You can tell i…
  • reverse crunches are the opposite of normal crunches and they work on the lower abdominals. Instead of lifting the top half you lift your legs. the trick is to use your stomach muscles to lift your legs 90degrees then slowly bring them down but not let them touch the floor then repeat. They are a killer and after 3 kids…
  • Aaaawwwwww, i love couscous, damnit!
  • i've had mine in for 2 years and after about 6-8 weeks of bloating, things calmed down and i am gradually losing weight. Give it time.
  • Work on your core, i've had 3 children and i do pilates, planks, and side planks together with my normal ab excercises of crunches and reverse crunches. Most on mine is gone, it's a work in progress but i swear by pilates.
  • maximum heart rate is calculated as women: 220 - Age Men: 226 - Age That's the rate it should stay below
  • i was worried that i might be taking in too much sugar as i have not been losing a lot so i added it on yesterday. i'm already over my allowance before dinner. I noticed it in things like my non-fat milk, fruit, even my bran flakes, so now i have to try and find and replace the culprits. Not going to be easy.
  • sunday is my lie in day and i don't get out od bed til 11.30-12.00 so i have 2 meals, lunch and dinner and my normal afternoon and eve snack. i doubt it matters. do what feels right. i have a brunch fry-up if i feel like it or lunch.
  • fresh fruit and most veg is 0 points now so i have to remember that they still have calories so the idea that i can as much as i want id a bit misleading.
  • unfortunately i don't have the luxury of the online tracker on my scheme and so i have to write things down and i have to calculate my meals manually because unlike MFP were i log my meals according to how much or what i eat, it's not that easy with WW as i have to look in the little book to see how many points something…
  • well i have paid taxes and NI since i was 16 so i am not mooching off anyone, but just so you know, They only offer the scheme if your bmi is over 30 as in the longterm it is cheaper than treating heart disease and diabetes. And it's not long term it is for 12 weeks and by then you should know how to keep it off youself.
  • plus i don't get how they just give members a blanket figure regardless of their age or lifestyle. There were four of use who joined and we all got the same points allocation, i am 35, one lady was in her late fifties and another was in her twenties and quite big. Surely we should have different point allocated to us. I'll…
