  • OK, I've never tried that stuff but I used to use HDT ProBlend 55 Really high in proten really low on fat and sugars and really taste good. I site I used to use a lot is bodybuilding .com, so you may save some money even if you want the stuff your asking about.
  • I have an odd way of doing it, since I work Mon - Friday I know I'm gonna stay pretty good on my diet durning the week so I have a weekly weigh in on Friday and then one on monday, that helps me keep a mental check that I don't cheat too much on the weekend.
  • If you have a "sweet tooth" this has helped me a lot, get some graham crackers (I like cinnimon) and some fat-free/sugar free whipped cream put some( about 1/4 --1/2 inch) whipped cream on it then put another cracker on top put it in the freezer and It make the best (almost Icecream) sandwhich and usually under 80 calories.

  • My vote is for ladyofivy who has kept me going pretty much since I started this thing. No matter how hard I work or how much I do alway's has more to give back than take from me.

  • Well it turns out I'm also the household cook, so you don't have to suffer, you've got the power, there are tons of great tasting really low cal stuff out there. Remember your cooking so the rest have to eat whatever you make.

  • I'm on my Wii pretty much 2 times a day, you almost have to hate it sometimes you just can't stop like on the games on the fit plus you just want to get higher and higher scores.
