It looks to me to be around 1500, depending on the size of the yoghurt/protein portions.

Wow. Thats pretty great parenting right there

I would just continue to eat the way you usually eat and enjoy the holiday.

So many questions-Whats your TDEE, how much training are you doing, what do you ususally eat etc. However, it is restrictive IMO. Its doable, but not long term and doesnt look very fun. Theres nothing wrong with whey protein and fish oils-both are great supplements, especially the fish oil. The whey is good for getting…

Never, I eat, relax and enjoy my day off. The most 'active recovery' I do on a rest day is walking around. If you start exercising on a rest day, youre doing it wrong.

600 calories 'def'=deficit. Just pointing out its probably not trolling, just following bad advice.

Bahahaha, this reminds me of a non-child related 'darnedest thing'. In Prague with my partner and he asks the woman in tourist info for a map, she replied 'English?' and so he slowly repeated 'maaaaaap' at her. I was like, 'yes, an english map please'. Never let him live it down.

I was working with a child at a science outreach event one day and a lady in a niqab walked into the room. His eyes went huge and he turned to me and said 'OH MY GOD, THERE'S A NINJA'. He was so excited, I tried to explain that it was a lady in a headscarf but he was having none of it lol.

Welcome to lifting! Plenty of protein and adequate rest should do the trick. Glutamine is also really useful for combatting DOMS. It wont happen every time and you dont have to wait until DOMS are gone to go again, usually once youve warmed up you feel much less sore :)

Today I had leftover slow cooked pulled pork with sweet potato fries and avocado

This is pretty awful advice, 1000 calories a day is NOT a good idea, you want hair and fingernails that arent brittle? A brain that functions? You need to eat more than that. Go to the sexypants link, click it, its awesome. Food wise,I'd try and make sure to get a good bit of protein, some fats and carbs every meal as it…

This is the only post I ever look for on one of these threads, and if its not, then repost it. Its a great link, follow it, eat some food, move and be happy.

I post a lot of what I eat on Instagram http://instagram.com/amy_in_wonderland Yeah, I'm one of 'those' people

Crossfit 5 days a week (so a mix of everything with some additional lifting programmed). I eat lots of meat and fish, eggs, avocados, butter (I'm sure this is where I'm getting most of my calories from currently. I bought a french, salted block and its amazing), sweet potato (prefer it to regular most of the time),nuts,…

I would smash a Mrs Crimbles macaroon and a cup of tea. If you really want something have it, enjoy it and move on :)

Waits for ED indicators......

Do you have a freezer which you can put ready prepared meals in? If not a quick favourite of mine is thai curry with ready made (a good brand) thai curry paste-fry veg, add paste, water and some coconut milk (or cream, or for cheapness creamed coconut from a block)-serve with quick cook noodles (mung bean noodles are great…

Haha oh I didnt mean satiety lol. I meant the slightly grosser (bowel related) side effect of excess fiber  I'm a big fan of Mrs Crimbles coconut macaroons. You can buy packs that are just a single one and they're a really nice sweet treat with an afternoon tea/coffee :)…

THIS + Headaches are not toxins 'leaving the body', its malnourishment and not good for you. That 14 inches is mostly water (sounds mean but true). Please don't continue with awful juice diets. They're horrid and your body deserves better!! Be kind to yourself and eat something!!

I'm with this-if you really want to lose weight that's ok, but thinner doesn't equal happy.
-
Ah, I assumed something was lost in American translation, apologies. Yeah quest are multipack unfortunately. The fibre content however should be enough to prevent a splurge, lol. 17g per bar!
-
We DEFINITELY have skinny cow in the UK-in the freezer shop in most large supermarkets (definitely ASDA and Sainsburies)-The mint choc chip are quite nice. I'd also recommend quest bars. Theyre quite expensive for a box and you have to order them online, but their cookies and cream bar is heaven. Its around 190 calories,…

If its within your calories its not the end of the world :)

Even a heavier kettlebell will do much the same once you get good with the 16kg, like a 24 or 32kg KB :)

TROLOLOLOL

Ive heard oil of snake is awesome for fat loss
-
KB are great for lifting, but I imagine you'll soon 'outgrow' 16kg. Look are for a variety of exercises, you can do goblet squats, farmers walk, over head presses etc easily with a KB, as well as swings :)
-
It sounds like if you're finding it that hard you're making too drastic a change to your lifestyle. I think most people will agree that you don't need to starve to make changes.

Estrella Damm do 'Daura' which is really nice.

Damn you beat me to it! I try and maintain a gluten/wheat free diet. I have IBS and notice a difference in my symptoms if I avoid these things (as well as deep fried foods, beans and sometimes garlic :( ). If you don't have any dietary issues, there isn't really any need to give them up. Yes, you might feel less bloated,…
