Hey man, you're getting a lot of hate on this thread, but just wanted to say a couple of things. First, I think it's awesome you've found another way to track your progress. That being said, I think other people on here are getting caught up in the accuracy vs precision vs repeatability of these tools. In my experience,…

Sounds like leangains? I supplement with "Post-Jym" amino acids. Has some beta alanine and taurine, so I like to take it prior to working out since my face tingles, as opposed to "post" as the name would imply. Also, Scivation XTend. Pretty sure that's been considered the gold standard for a while

I will never give up coffee. It is my life source. However, I have really adopted the "leangains" lifestyle, and all those guys love their coffee, all day every day, so maybe I'm just drinking the kool-aid... I mean coffee

I'm here if you want to add me. I try to answer as many questions as I feel comfortable asking and consider myself somewhat knowledgable in health and fitness. Hit me up and I'll do my best to motivate!

Psyllium husk, fruits (bananas and apples mostly), vegetables (mostly broccoli, cauliflower, or asparagus; all in those convenient microwavable "steam" bags!), and quest bars.

thanks for the responses. the placebo is being used in sprint recovery testing. two groups are being used, both are taking identical drinks, yet one is being touted as having an impact on recovery. this is not my study, but i have a friend killing himself reading articles and trying to find a substance that has few…

i want to try this....just because it sounds so stupid. i'm not trying to hate, but having my bone density lowered and counting it as weight loss doesn't sound appealing. maybe it's just me

it bothers me this is even a concern in today's society. sorry that you all have to deal with this, and that i don't have any answers. stay away from the creeps at all costs!

i personally don't care. however, i have had a few gems, when people have added me without including a message, and when i go to their profile i see they require others to send messages. haha, as long as people practice what they preach then hey, do what you want

i'm food's kryptonite. game over, food.

30+ minutes? run faster...haha just kidding, man. good for you. in regards to the original post, i was a collegiate wrestler after being fairly successful in high school wrestling, football, and powerlifting. got done wrestling and just got back into the lifestyle of eating whatever i wanted like it was the off season and…

there's some new research coming out on non-motorized treadmills, most notably the "curve" by woodway. don't know if that's an option for you, but if it is, try it out
-
i would also disagree with the premise of the topic statement. love strong women!

that takes binging and purging to a whole new level. jesus christ. and it doesn't fix the underlying problems that are driving people to eat too much. stupid IMO. sorry not sorry but this might be the dumbest thing i've ever read
-
long term, eating healthy and clean will prevent a lot of medical bills. we're too caught up with immediacy. sure, it might cost a little more now, but chances are you're saving money down the road
-
it has yet to fail. and my nunchaku skills have shown quite the improvement since implementing this approach

i like saying "you look pretty" really quietly, and when they say "what did you say" i respond with "i said you look sh*tty! goodnight denise!" and run away to my home to practice karate

i'd say food scale...this pattern you're seeing is atypical of what most people see. odd indeed!
