question about rolled oats
Im making granola and the calories for the rolled oats are 190 calories per 1/2 dry. I assume that if I was to have 1/2 cup the oats baked it would be the same right? The oats are not going to double in size without liquid. Im doing the recipe builder and Im not sure why this is so confusing to me ha.

number of steps in correlation to activity setting.
i average 5k steps a day and about 10k on higher active days. i know steps isnt the only thing determining, but i am really trying to figure out my activity level. I read 5k steps and under is considered sedentary?

Due to daily fluctuations of your weight, how do you determine you true weight? Sometimes if i have a lot of sodium and water my weight can go up 3-5 pounds in a day. What is the best way/time of day to determine closest to what I really weigh?
