How do out find the strength inside you to do your work out when you are so drained emotionally that you just want to stare at the wall. I am pretty hungry cuz I ate at 4 and now it is 7:40 pm and about to do my work out. I have an after work out / Bedtime snack planed. But am afraid I wont have the energy for my 30DS if I dont eat now. Will eating now make me sick while i work out?
