24 hour fast and medication
Hello. I have been thinking about doing a 24 hour fast to try and kick start a loss again. I am tacking medication for arthritis and need to take 2 tablets a day (morning and evening) with food or milk. Is it a good idea to do a fast and just have the small glass of milk with each? Many thanks

after setting my food intake to my bmr earlier (1440 calories) I have since thought maybe I should set my calories to what my bmr would be at my ideal weight (1300 calories) is this a good idea or should I keep with my food intake and see if I get a loss at 1440 cals a day? Just completed day 6. I missed a day yesterday as i was so busy - house rearranging, cooking, cleaning, swimming etc. So anyways back t day 6. juat did my day 4 of 30ds and I must say it was the easiest (as in pain in my legs) since day one. How did you all find it? I think the more days I do it the easier it's getting. Half way through step 1 tomorrow!

Just completed 30ds day 3. Didnt do as well as yesterday. Burned 269 calories instead of 304. I couldnt do the press ups tho as i get problems with my wrists so did another arm exercise instead. Let me know how you are all getting on :happy:

Logging weight loss
I weighed myself today for the first time in a few weeks as i was going through a plateau and to my surprise the scale has told me i have lost 2lbs. How long to you think i should leave it to log the weightloss? Knowing my luck it will be back on tomorrow morning! :laugh:

Just completed day 2 of 30ds. Burned 304cal including the warm up and cool. I ached lots and lots today but still an awesome workout. let me know how others of you are getting on :happy:

Just finished my first day of 30ds. All i can say is ouch. This workout is amazing and only takes 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't have much time to exercise. Not loosing weight
Really stressed at the mo. My eight does not seem to be shfiting. I eat ok. I suppose i could do better but i exercise most day. Why is it not going. I eat around 1500 calories each day. Any help would be much apreciated :smile:
