Hello! Is this an active group? I haven't seen any posts. Are we starting October 1? Oct to Dec are hard times for me. That is when I tend to let go and throw out all the good work I've done early in the year. I'm normally having to lose anywhere from 7-15lbs in January. What percentage of protein do you eat? I am eating 25% now and I still find it hard to reach that. For a little while last year I had changed my goals to 40% protein and that was almost impossible to reach. If you are eating that much protein, how do you manage to do that? Thanks!! :flowerforyou:
