Reaching your Target Zone
Today I did 60 minutes of cardio: 30 minutes walk on incline and 30 mins stationary bike. My heart rate monitor said i was in my target zone for 69 minutes. Compared to normally if I do 30-45 mins of high impact cardio, I'm in my target zone for only 30 mins. Hmmmm.....
