Chicken Breast
So, every Sunday I cook up several chicken breasts to snack on, quick lunch, etc. I barbecue them A LOT but need some new ideas for inside Chicken prep. Not necessarily chicken meals but different seasonings/marinades etc etc... Any ideas?

I started a recipe blog!

I bake a whole family pack in oven. During the week I dice one breast and saute it in unsalted butter...then drizzle on a sauce of my choice... Like honey barbecue, terriaki, franks original hot sauce...etc....keeps me from getting tired of chicken!

What did I mess up on?
Chicken raw- with skin on and bone in - 1380 grams Raw rice - 230 grams 1 tbsp oil Tomato puree- 2 tbsp Water and salt. When it was all set and done- it comes out to 1450 grams cooked. Now - I don't know where I messed up? Does the serving size = 100 grams? so let's say if I eat 400 grams it means I put in that I ate "4"
