Snoring
I recently was told by a friend that I snore- loud. I downloaded a snoring app and my friend was right. WOW! When I was married, my ex told me I snored occasionally but it didn't seem to be a problem. When I heard myself snoring all night long on this app I decided I have to do something. I've been trying different things-…

Physical and Mental Health
So I’ve posted a few things here and there but I haven’t indulged in this category. So, how can you be physically healthy when you have health issues and mental health problems on top of it? Bipolar, BPD, and depression don’t exactly mix. I also have a condition called Grave’s Disease (not contagious) otherwise known as…

Mental Health Group
Is anyone interested in forming a mental health support group? My personal goal for exercising is to ward off anxiety among other things. Who's with me? We could form a victory in self care/support group for those of us that are exercising for the mental health benefits.

Snoring and weight loss?
Has anyone successfully stopped snoring after weight loss? I just got my results back from my sleep study and I snore terribly all night, but wasn't diagnosed with sleep apnea. Living with ADHD
Hello one and all I was searching here for some support with ADHD and could not find many active groups. That led me to start one of my own, my vision is to see the group grow into a place for people who directly have ADD/ADHD or have a family member with it; come to share support, and information they have. I posted a…

Salicylates? ADHD?
My GP gave me this very old list of foods to avoid in trying to calm down ADHD/Anxiety symptoms. (I know it's very old because the letterhead is from his other practice 10 years ago) Anyway, I do trust his methods, I just haven't been to him in years and have ignored my mental health. Now it's begun tampering with all…

Sleep
How do you make sure you get enough sleep for you? Honestly, sleeping 8 hours (and making that really high quality sleep) is necessary for losing weight for me. I think some of my past attempts were thwarted when I tried to sacrifice sleep for workouts, or when I went to bed late after staying up meal prepping, etc. Now…
