25 ~ I got upset at work today, the most I have been upset in weeks. The lack of for ownership of people's positions frustrates me. I managed to turn it around and it all ended on a positive note without my saying something I would regret and concentrating on just me and my work.0

26 ~ 150 days! And three weeks of exercise, I feel great!0

27 ~ got paid OT to sit and chat with the boss boss tonight about my future. Feeling good about it all.0

28 ~ it was a long week, felt like 6 work days crammed into 5. Happy I am home now and heading to NYC to see the sites and the Christmas tree in Rockafeller Center.0

29 ~ very rainy day spent walking around NYC. Best $10 spent was on a pair of slippers to warm my wet feet on the bus ride home.0

30 ~ today was a good exercise day and tonight I helped my sister-in-law make three different batches of Christmas cookies.0

33 ~ I arrived to work safely and returned home safely with all the snow. Took twice as long each time to travel. I also did not overindulge at the Holiday luncheon at all!0

44 ~ good weekend of cardio, 4 mile run outside yesterday and 110 minutes on the bike trainer today.0
