    Everyone is looking good.

    Marie I love cottage cheese also, but I haven't had any in a while. I'll have to get some.

    Congratulations Tammi on the 10 lbs. You're almost there. Very inspirational.

    So my new goal is to exercise 5 days a week. This morning I did walk/run for 2 miles.

    I've been working extremely hard on loosing weight. I started putting more effort in the beginning of Dec...I was 186 then. Now I'm drinking green smoothies once or twice a day plus healthy meals. I have been using MFP to track my activity and food. I have also bought a Fitbit Charger HR to track to steps and so far I'm down 16 lbs since Dec!! 35 more lbs to go!!

    How often do you weigh-in and post stats?

    As often as you wish We will like for you to post your total weigh lost on April 6 so we can tally up as a group.
