Yesterday ended up at about 3200, fairly respectable I think... most of the additional cals were beer and wine, there wasn't much tempting at the family party besides what I had prelogged. Desserts were disappointing, 2 frozen Edwards pies and a chocolate bundt cake with powdered sugar (family favorite). This one was dry so I only ate a half a piece...

Still have my family celebration on Saturday so the weekly goal of 15K is definitely attainable...

Yesterday ended at 4060 logged. But this morning I discovered that the cream I'd been logging as heavy cream was actually light cream, so for 3 cups of coffee I take away 90 cals, putting me actually at (math). uhhh, 3970

Now for the real issue: how many days to wait before stepping on the scale?!

alrighty- I'm fixing up my coffee- and warming up a piece of pie as my photo's load- I thought they loaded last night- but turns out- I don't remember as well on an entire bottle of wine.

I was pulling a half day at work today- going in at lunch time- but I'm feeling like I may just zip in around lunch to do my time sheet and come home- I am not sure he's going to work today.

Final total for yesterday was 4574. WINNING!!!

I failed... was a really bad Christmas and all I ate was toast and a bottle of wine. Will be making up for it this whole week with my mini vacation. :)

Yeah I didn't drink. Turns out 4500 calories of food is way too much for my stomach to handle, I honestly don't think I'm eating anything today.

As I tell people... those aren't seafood, they're from fresh water. ;)

yeah..."white trash" fair food, or how about we just call it fair food, is some of the best, most comforting food in the world. Of course, I'm in the south where we deep fry everything, but it sure is good!

Holy smokes! I'm gonna 'splode. I hit 4,000 delicious, indulgent calories for the day (diary's open). Didn't log for Christmas day, was "lighter" than today, probably 3,000. We just got back from the resort. Of course, the first thing I did was step on the scale. Only 5 pounds up. Not too shabby, considering there's like 3 pounds of cheese/sausage tray and lasagna dinner still sitting in mah belly.

Haha yes and no. I ate less than 500 calories today and I'm DONE. I got such a bad stomachache that I ended up googling 'how to ease stomach pains' at 2am. The pain finally stopped at 2pm and I was able to eat a little something. Didn't even want to get near any fat or protein... just bread and a bit of soup! Although to be fair I think I am a bit sick too, as I ended up taking 3 naps today.

I think those two days got me totally disgusted with food. Which is good I guess, as it's probably what I needed to get back on track and finally lose my last 3 (or 5 now) pounds... It's the same state of mind I had two years ago when I finally decided to lose weight too. So, there's a silver lining to stuffing my face so badly I got sick from it...

OMG, yes! I can tell already that tomorrow will be a very light food day. I am SO sick of eating (I CAN'T believe I'm actually saying that, lol). Bring on the broth and veggie salads; I'll happily return to deficit eating tomorrow!

I felt great yesterday, finally satisfied and not thinking about what I was going to eat next. No issues with too much food or feeling ill. It sucks that I can't eat to satisfaction anymore. I woke up to a growling belly and it was such a let down knowing that I couldn't do anything about it for a few hours. Sometimes I wish I was one of those type of people who can eat to live and can't eat 1200 calories. At least I wouldn't have the misery of thinking about food all the time.

I ate so much yesterday that I don't even know how many calories I really consumed haha. I logged it as 8,000, but who really knows?

For Breakfast I had a Quest Cookie Dough Bar, then ate another one of the Wal-Mart Bakery Donut Iced Trees since my nieces & nephews found them meh, a sugar cookie, three biscuits & some scrambled eggs.

For brunch I had nine of the White Fudge Oreos (my sister bought me two boxes)

For Lunch I had a little bit of Ham Deli meat, a few Tortilla Chips to dip in a *kitten* ton of Crab Dip (I scooped up a ton of that & threw it on my plate since that stuff usually goes fast), two or three deviled eggs, a ton of my Aunt's crockpot macaroni & cheese, some pasta salad, some cucumbers (had to eat some kind of veggie), around 3-6 Reese's Cups, a lot more Sugar Cookies, some other kind of Chocolate Chip cookie, & two huge bowls of dirt dessert.

I ate so much that I was sprawled out on the floor ready for my stomach to burst.

We have our 5th and final Christmas celebration today, I'm hosting my family. Menu is pretty casual...we're having more focaccia, salami and cheese, buffalo chicken dip, party rye pizzas, smoked turkey and Italian beef for sandwiches, potato soup and sausage/kale soup, assorted.desserts: gooey butter cake, salted caramel brownies, cinder cake, assorted cookies. Wine, beer and a hot chocolate bar!

As of this morning I'm still at my maintenance weight!

I ended up at 2800 for Christmas. Which is much more respectable than Thanksgiving so I'm happy.
