    I eat a big, protein filled breakfast. Today I had a steak/egg/cheese omlet (1 small egg and a 4-oz. left-over piece of top sirloin steak along with 1 cup of sliced mushrooms and 1/2 tsp of olive oil and an 1/8 c of shredded cheese). Topped with my homemade hot sauce.

    Very delicious and very filling!

    Something that 99% of the people who buy it never use ... LOL. But the ones who do look fantastic. I don't think people realize how HARD it is and what a commitment it has to be to get the results.

    I had scrambled egg (one egg) on one slice of bread (white because I can't stand anything else) and a cup of tea = 225 calories

    I bought skim milk and HATE it in my cereal so that was out for breakfast. I forgot to bring an egg so I couldn't make a sandwich. So, I had:

    Thomas Everything Bagel Thin
    2 tbsp Philadelphia 1/3 fat cream cheese
    1 tbsp Blackburn's raspberry preserves
    8 oz. Kroger Traditional Cranberry juice (it has apple juice and some other stuff but it's all natural, love it!)
    and then I finished off the last cup of Multigrain Cheerios I had just to get rid of them. Yummy by themselves :happy:

    I have excluded my coffee/creamer/sugar from my count listed (it is one vice I have not given up yet) - food intake consists of:

    Kelloggs individual box of cereal (ranges from 100-150 calories, depending on the cereal)
    Hood Simply Smart 1% milk (1 cup)
    I ate Honey Smacks today, so my totals were:
    Calories: 240
    Fat: 4
    Carb: 41
    Protien: 12

    I had a smoothie... cup of plain non-fat yogurt, a cup of strawberries, a peach and some ice to get it somewhat cold.

    Then I had lunch a couple of hours later. :) Didn't want a huge breakfast because I was running behind already!

    Thomas Everything Bagel Thin
    with 2 tbs Philadelphia 1/3 less fat garden vegetable cream cheese
    and 1 hard boiled egg sliced on top
    2 big cups of coffee with Coffeemate Fat Free French Vanilla creamer (try to only put 2 tbs in each cup).

    245 total calories....drink and all

    Well, I forgot my breakfast at home this morning but we had some maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal at work so I had that along with my usual coffee/flavored creamer and vitacraves. 219 calories total

    I put 1/2 cup coconut milk in my cereal, but i only ever consume less than half of it. I just need it to keep my cereal moist and cold.

    tiny bit of clover(on bread)
    cup of tea
    i have this quite a lot and find it keeps me going untill lunch.

    :mad: I didn't have breakfast today...the first time I've skipped in months! Far too much going on this morning....however, I vow not to do it again any time soon...I felt my energy levels lowering after dinner today and feel this is due to the lack of brekky in the morning.
