    Sounds like a great way to start the day. I've been told it would be a good idea to add a protein shake to my daily intake. My protein intake has been low lately. Are they really good? What about the protein bars? The bars I have seen seem to be loaded with sugar. I don't need the sugar at all.

    I use Jay Robb protien powder. It is all natural, sweetened with Stevia and it tastes AWESOME!!!! Like a milkshake.

    Stay far, far away from the Protein bars. They are just as bad if not worse than most candy bars.

    Spinach smoothie!

    I didn’t believe a few people on MFP that said you couldn’t taste it so I tried it myself and you CANNOT, WOW!!

    1 cup frozen mangos thawed
    ½ cup blueberries (frozen works best for a dark purple colour otherwise not so pretty green/blue dot colour)
    1 large handful of spinach
    ¾ cup water
    1 cup ice

    Blend all but ice, add ice and blend until smooth.

    So yummy and good for you, only 2 WW points and it’s a HUGE serving!

    I eat a big, protein filled breakfast. Today I had a steak/egg/cheese omlet (1 small egg and a 4-oz. left-over piece of top sirloin steak along with 1 cup of sliced mushrooms and 1/2 tsp of olive oil and an 1/8 c of shredded cheese). Topped with my homemade hot sauce.

    Very delicious and very filling!

    Something that 99% of the people who buy it never use ... LOL. But the ones who do look fantastic. I don't think people realize how HARD it is and what a commitment it has to be to get the results.

    I bought skim milk and HATE it in my cereal so that was out for breakfast. I forgot to bring an egg so I couldn't make a sandwich. So, I had:

    Thomas Everything Bagel Thin
    2 tbsp Philadelphia 1/3 fat cream cheese
    1 tbsp Blackburn's raspberry preserves
    8 oz. Kroger Traditional Cranberry juice (it has apple juice and some other stuff but it's all natural, love it!)
    and then I finished off the last cup of Multigrain Cheerios I had just to get rid of them. Yummy by themselves :happy:
