I just tried Enlightened's new White Chocolate Raspberry flavor. It's ok. I like the swirls of raspberry jam inside (it's not as sickeningly sweet as the strawberry was in the Strawberry Cheesecake), and I liked the crunch from the chocolate flakes. Maybe it was the actual white chocolate ice cream part that was a little off. It's not bad, but something about it is a little odd. I don't regret it but probably won't seek it out again.3

Thank you!!! I just requested a sample of their cookies & cream flavor I've tried the regular chocolate from BJ's, but I'm excited to try something new!
Also, has anyone here tired buttermilk pie before??? I LOVE pancakes, and I just found out Cracker Barrel has this as a seasonal item (apparently it's more popular in the south)! Does it actually taste like buttermilk pancakes, or is it something else entirely? Someone please enlighten me haha

Buttermilk pie is just a custard pie. It is not as sweet nor as fatty as a regular custard pie. Sometimes it is flavored with cinnamon.

I tried Trader Joe’s seaweed snack and threw it out after the first bite. But Lidl has some Korean BBQ seaweed snack, low cal and dirt cheap, so I had a reluctant wth moment and bought a pack. Surprise! It’s good!!!! Spicy hot, sweet and salty, and the whole package is 60 calories. I’m pretty satiated at half, though. Hope the other half stays as crispy!1

OMG *drools*... I wish I had a krispy kreme near me! I've heard there is nothing like a freshly baked one. I've only ever had the packaged ones.
Also tomorrow is free pancake day at IHOP just in case anyone is planning to go to eat or would want to take someone. 2 -

My Giant had the new Talenti layers Salted Caramel Truffle and Peanut Butter Vanilla Fudge flavors. @kellyjellybellyjelly I wanted to eat the entire pints too, they were so good!
The pints just look pretty, but I kind of wished that the layers were better integrated because there was quite a bit of empty space in the pint - which would've been better off filled completely with more gelato and mix-ins. For the salted caramel truffle flavor, it's like the sea salt caramel flavor but with more complexity. In addition to the caramel gelato and the chocolate covered caramel truffles, the chocolate cookie crunches and the dulce de leche were great additions. The vanilla gelato layer was fine, but it might've been more interesting if it were a chocolate layer instead.
The peanut butter vanilla fudge flavor was amazing. I liked the peanut butter gelato, though I wished that the vanilla layer in the middle was just more peanut butter. The fudge layer was the same as the fudge in the peanut butter fudge sorbetto, and the peanut butter cups were delicious. I enjoyed the peanut butter cookies as well.
I also picked up one of Gelato Fiasco's new flavors, Deep Maine Woods, which is a chocolate gelato with a smoky caramel swirl and honeycomb candy.
This was good, if a bit boring, but I did try this flavor after the Talenti ones. I kind of wished that I'd eaten another serving of one of the Talenti pints instead of a serving of this. The chocolate gelato was good, but the smoky caramel was not really present, and I couldn't taste honeycomb candy at all.

I don’t know what Starbucks puts in their bottled Frappuccinos, but there’s no way it’s coffee (or that much of it). I tried both of these and I’m still struggling to stay awake.
The caramelized honey was a complete waste, it doesn’t taste like anything but super sweet sugar water.
The salted dark chocolate was better, at least I could appreciate the flavor more, but still not effective as a bottled coffee drink and not worth 260 calories.
Won’t be buying either one again!
I was equally unimpressed with Walmart’s version. Very sweet, didn’t feel like that much caffeine, and also a lot of calories that I don’t exactly feel was worth it.
But when I scanned the label interestingly enough this other brand popped up, which sells a VERY similar flavor in the same size glass bottle with extremely close nutrition facts. I’m guessing this is who supplies them with the coffee, and Walmart puts their store brand label on it??

The cotton candy slurpee was back, too, so at some point I’ll probably try and layer the two only to regret it, but someone has to be the person to try it xD

@Noreenmarie1234 I emailed Slim Twins like you said and they sent two free ice cream coupons! I went back to Whole Foods despite the last two pints having freezer burn (it’s the only place around here that sells them) and unfortunately I didn’t have that much better luck.
This time I picked up the mint chip and lemon cookie. But, strange enough, the lemon cookie had a REALLY weird texture like it was freezer burnt (even after thawing) whereas the mint chip had a much better texture! Taste wise, I enjoyed both, but I would have preferred the lemon more had it not been for the freezer burn. They both reminded me a lot of Halo Top when it comes to taste (their old recipe in terms of texture), but the lemon cookie had chunks of cookie pieces so if the texture wasn’t out of whack I’d be driving back for more.
Also, the mint says it’s a “new recipe,” so maybe that’s why the texture was a little better??

Found these at Walmart. I was looking for something that would tempt my sick son into eating. They were good, but the brown sugar cinnamon wasn’t really noticeable.

Maybe they are just calling plantains bananas then. In the ingredients they list...
Ingredients: select green bananas, vegetable oil (palm olein rspo), sour cream & onion seasoning (sea salt, natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, gum arabic, citric acid, calcium lactate).
This is from the sour cream and onion. That sounds disgusting if they taste anything like banana and aren’t really plantains, lol

I found this sauce which is made with black garlic paste, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and shiitake kombu broth. I've only tried it on its own and it's pretty tasty and savory. It'll work well in Asian dishes, but I could also see it working in recipes where you'd use Worcestershire sauce.3 -

I'm with you on these bottled"coffees" usually if I buy them or even go to a Starbucks I always take some black coffee along and pour most of the sugary stuff out and add my real coffee
