@_nikkiwolf_ - The trails in Flagstaff are wonderful. Just wish we had more like that here! I hope you are feeling better! I am fighting a cold too and so far not letting it knock me down!

@HealthyFocused715 - I love to snowshoe! Certainly don't have many opportunities to do it in So.California though!
@Daisy471 - Flagstaff is now covered in 6-8 inches of snow. It apparently started snowing just after we left on Sunday and didn't stop all day today. I would have loved for it to snow while we were there!
@cooter_mom - Congratulations on your PR and surpassing your goal for the month! You are doing great!!

I received my new shoes today.Took them for a test jog.
I'm in love with them. I'm hoping this stops the knee pain. I'm also going to start taking Bio Flex and a calcium supplement. Hopefully, tonight I'll do some strength training.
