Confession: We are taking my son in law out for his birthday dinner tonight, he wants seafood. We will go to Joe's Crab Shack at his request. I do not like most seafood but Crab legs! Yes! I do not care what the calories add up to, I will have the fries and hushpuppies and maybe even some dessert.

OMG - are you in the Portland/Vancouver area? Cuz that is fabulous! I've never been to Joe's Crabshack, but have always wanted to try it.

Oh wait... that restaurant is a chain, isn't it? And here I was thinking the only one anywhere is in Vancouver, WA. HA! /embarrassed grin

I'm in Pullman, no one else confessed to being northwesterners, so I might be the closest to you.

You're pretty close to me. I'm in Spokane.

Woah! I grew up in Spokane, which is a big part of the reason I took the job in Pullman - to be able to be closer to home.

@just_ceci inspired me to post this. Me at my heaviest vs, earlier this month. I started my weight loss last August but was already about 20lbs down from that heaviest pic.

    That is super great! Wow!

    @annette_15, how's your husband doing?

Much better, thanks so much for asking! We're both still paranoid all the time that it might happen again, and just a bit anxious, but physically hes fine :)

Okay, it arrived. I admit I ordered the small thinking that was appropriate for women...its a tad bit tiny (only in 2nd hole) but thinking that is a good reminder to keep weight off! Losing weight in my wrists was definitely a plus. I love seeing my wrist bones. :)

So Monday I went to the urgent care after my physical therapy and I have a tooth/gum infection. I'm on antibiotics and she also gave me some pain pills. I felt so terrible yesterday that I called in from work. My tonsils and lymph nodes were so swollen. I'm already feeling better thanks to the antibiotics. I didn't get home until 8:30 on Monday. It was a long exhausting day. I'm very afraid of doctors so you know it's serious if I actually go. At least I should be okay by my birthday (Saturday).

Things are still bad on the relationship front. I'm very frustrated. I'm finally at the point where I think we are going to end things which sucks.

I have a bunch of responses to posts coming up so I apologize in advance. I finally got caught up.

Sorry you've been sick, glad to hear you're feeling better.

I know what I would do on the relationship front, but I hope you get a resolution that makes you happy and able to put the whole thing behind you, one way or the other. Hugs to you!

So not sure if I should put this here or in the batcave - so maybe I'll do both since this page gets crazy fast - but here's my fitbit charging tip: Leave your charging cable in the bathroom! I have the ChargeHR, and just plug it in when I get in the shower. I've never run out of battery and you aren't supposed to wear it in the shower anyways.
Thank you for listening to my Public Service Announce, now back to your regularly scheduled confessions.

Thanks everybody! I was at least 201 in the first pic and around 134 in the second. All it took to get me started was the doctor telling me, "You are borderline morbidly obese. Things like this (sprained back) will keep happening until you lose some weight."

Haha nice- I don't have the Fitbit ChargeHR (but now I want one! especially a purple one thanks @pofoster21) I have the jawbone up24 and I do the same thing! I keep mine in my bathroom and charge it when I shower and such, mush easier to remember!

I hope you feel better and heal quickly. Ugh. And as for relationship, that does suck. You deserve 100% better than you are getting.

No. I have been fighting something and sleeping a ton. I'm on it soon. ETA I got home from work and slept without dinner on Monday. Yesterday I came home early to sleep, just tired but I'm not sure why. Fabric and patterns are spread over the table.

Good tip. I hate the charger for the Fitbit Flex (I have to rubber band the piece into the charger or it won't charge). Did they improve it for the ChargeHR? I asked for one for my birthday but now I may have to buy it myself. I think this is a clever idea though!

I don't know what the flex charger looks like, but it sounds like it's been improved. It's basically a short cell-phone charging cable (USB at one end, mini-usb-like thing at the other end that plugs into the Fitbit).

I believe that while you are exercising you are suppose to wear it half way up your forearm to get an accurate HR and calorie burn.

That is why I could not get one, the L fit my wrist, but would not fit my forearm.
