I'm so sorry. Pets are totally family members, sending you comforting thoughts.
Thank you.0 -
I know a lot of people have congratulated me on the house so I want to say thank you everyone! (I'll probably miss someone if I try to reply to individual posts.)0

When my daughter wants a hamburger from Jack in the box, I kinda get excited because I know she won't finish it and she'll give it to me. (I still log the calories for a whole one...)0

I'm so over today I'm thinking of just having some ice cream to get a nice round 4000 calories.
And yes, most of those have ended up as quick calories because I'm just not sharing what I ate.0 -

After working 12 hours on Dark Thursday I scarfed down a medium pizza from Little Caesar's in record time haha.0 -
I can't wait to have a thigh gap again. Not because of any stupid "trend", or whatever (and I wish people would stop over-simplifying these sorts of things) but because the physical sensation of my legs touching feels really gross.0

Are you signed up for their text alerts? If not, you should be. Today, they have $1 6" hot dogs all day with a limit of 3. I'm not sure if you have to show the text or just mention it, but it's worth a try. I love the chili cheese coney with tots and a cherry limeade. YUMMY!
I saw this too late! That would have been delicious. I'm kind of proud of myself for fitting chili cheese tots into my day!0 -

I'm making a Poptart sammich tonight with ice cream:D.0 -
I had a friend in town over the weekend and didn't care about calories. And I ate so much gelato on Monday night. I've had a stomachache since then... I think the weight loss gods are punishing me for my caloric sins.
Didn't stop me from eating Sonic for lunch, though.0 -

Brown Sugar and Cinnamon or Frosted Strawberry. You'll thank me later haha
My favorites so far are Wild Cherry, Gingerbread, & Peanut Butter. The Cookie Dough & Confetti Cupcake are also good.
I had a Wild Cherry Poptart pack tonight with Ben & Jerry's Garcia ice cream in the middle.0 -

i did this too!
my reasoning it as "but it's such a great deal and i don't have a freezer bag!"
True, true! I should go get two more & have two freezer bags haha.
I ended up getting Peanut Butter Half Baked (one of my new favorite flavors) & Tonight Dough since I hadn't tried that one yet.
right?!
i need two freezer bags!!
i grabbed chocolate fudge brownie and coffee toffee crunch. haven't opened either yet, i'm almost afraid....[/quote]
I went back before work & bought Cherry Garcia & The Spectacular Cookie Core.0 -

Cherry Garcia! One of my favorite flavors of all time!! My brother and I used to get cartons and cartons of it from the store and sit there and devour it in a couple of sittings. Mmmm... thankfully I walked by the ice cream aisle!0 -

Sending good vibes and the hope for a turnaround.
I also hate really loud noises... it's why I have a slight fear of balloons. I don't really MIND balloons that much, but the second I see someone trying to pop one I am out of there. I also hate it when people talk/laugh really loudly near me, shoots my heartbeat right up. I appreciate people with soothing, low voices. Nothing against people with loud voices, I still like them as people, but for some reason it can really activate my anxiety.
Then again I have always hated how quiet my voice is. Even when I'm shouting I can't be NEARLY as loud as most other people. When I think I'm being loud I still have people who are like "Sorry?"
I confess that I am Italian, and therefore was not born with an 'inside voice'.0 -

The hot fudge sundae ones are super yummy. S'mores, too. A friend told me.0 -

I've used Alton Brown's method where you just put them straight on the oven rack. I didn't notice them being any easier to peel, but it was convenient for doing a bunch of them at one time.

Instead of boiling them in water I actually throw them in a steamer. I find it makes them easier to peel, some eggs though I swear just refuse to be eaten. Lol
I am not sur if anyone does this but iwas told to put vinegar in the water when boiling eggs to make them peel easier. Since I started doing this, I have never had an issue. I always peel them under a slow running stream of water.

I love cucumbers with hot sauce or Thousand Island dressing.0 -

I was so relieved to go to the bathroom on Monday since I was constipated for almost a week. I weighed myself in the morning & weighed 153 & lost a pound after finally pooping.
THANK GOD for prunes & a ton of water.
I confess that that once while shopping with my mom I farted in a thrift store & my mom thought it was a little old lady who stunk up the store.
This made me laugh.
Ugh, I totally understand being constipated. I've tried so many things to fix it. I've even complained to my doctor but she didn't seem to care. I'm getting a new doctor...
I've tried: coconut oil, magnesium (the drink and pills), olive oil, Epson salt drink, prunes, culturelle, fiber, etc etc. I'm not sure what else to try.
I learned my lesson to not eat so much fiber in one day (had three Quest bars one day last week).0 -

Not even halfway through the critique & OMG hilarious!
I would have to say the same thing about the Atkins bars! I couldn't believe how much they made me pass gas.0 -
Confession: I got hit on today...
...by my grody, meth-mouthed patient.
My husband, when informed of such, kinda laughed and said, "That'll probably be happening a lot more from now on."
Thanks, hun0 -

Confession time : Today I started out great.. a veggie omelet with two pieces of bacon on the side.(around 10am)did 40 minutes of a low compact workout.. around 2pm I had to leave out the house and did NOT get to eat anything until around 6:30. By that time I was really really hungry so of course we stop at a resturant which the special was Steak night..
Ordered a 8oz ribeye steak, baked potato with sour scream, and a trip to the salad bar.I have NO idea how many cals that all was so I just put what I thought it might be in my diary and the whole dinner came up to be at least 1200 cals. (which still fitted into my goal for the day since i skipped lunch) Good news though, I did order water for a drink and I even have left overs!

I can't remember a time where my legs didn't touch. Maybe in elementary school? either way I hope I can experience this too0
