And... remember to be grateful for all that I have, for my upcoming birthday and all the friends and family I will see this week. So lucky.

Goal for tomorrow: plan what to eat , leave home early enough to pick up salads and fruits for Wednesday and Thursday lunch. Eat dinner at home. Walk 7000 steps before I leave work
Good luck. Keeping at it is going to stick for you I am sure. You just have to want it bad enough. It is not easy but it is so worth it.
Well I did 7000 plus steps but had some housework to do before I left for work so I did not get to the store and I was too tired to come home and cook. So for tomorrow
7000 steps at work
Salad with protein for lunch
Tomorrow is my weekly dinner date with my daughter who is away at college so I will be reasonable
Could have been worse0 -

Just for Today/ THURSDAY
1. GET some WATER in...been doing horrible with this.
2. Go to my granddaughter's volleyball game tonight and just enjoy it
3. I will NOT feel guilty for the "bad" week I've had or for tonight.
I have had at least one grandchild's football/volleyball game to go to every night after work, sometimes more than one game in a night, and I have been enjoying it and they've been so happy to see us there cheering them on. It has led to unhealthy food choices all week and I'm paying for it, but darn it...I missed 8 years of this when we lived out of town and I won't let my Grands down anymore! I will shop healthier this weekend, pre-pack my work lunches and do better next week. This week I am dedicating to my grandkids' homecoming week games!
Have a great Thursday!
