    Wednesday's goals:
    1. Eat what my body needs, not what my emotions want
    2. Continue reducing calorie count back towards my old daily goal.

And... remember to be grateful for all that I have, for my upcoming birthday and all the friends and family I will see this week. So lucky.

Achieved and managed to exercise despite injuries. Another really 'good food' day. Feeling less sluggish and as though I'm doing myself good. :-)

WHY IS IT SO EAST TO STOP TRYING??? I am starting again for at least the tenth time this year.
Goal for tomorrow: plan what to eat , leave home early enough to pick up salads and fruits for Wednesday and Thursday lunch. Eat dinner at home. Walk 7000 steps before I leave work

Good luck. Keeping at it is going to stick for you I am sure. You just have to want it bad enough. It is not easy but it is so worth it.

Well I did 7000 plus steps but had some housework to do before I left for work so I did not get to the store and I was too tired to come home and cook. So for tomorrow
    7000 steps at work
    Salad with protein for lunch
Tomorrow is my weekly dinner date with my daughter who is away at college so I will be reasonable
    Could have been worse

    Eat meals & snacks mindfully.
Walk in am (I didn't go for a long walk as planned & once the kids were in bed, I was too tired) lesson learned-get in activity ASAP.
    Weights or yoga.
    Bath puppy.
    Housework.
Call school to set up meetings, etc.
    Set up puppy training class.
    Listen to something inspirational.
    Have healthy afternoon snacks prepped.
Early to bed-struggling with this one!!

Heard something that inspired me "Concentrate to Dominate".

Just for today, I will not eat fast food or pop. This is my major struggle, so if I can stick with it for one day, I know I can stick with it longer!

“If you want to accomplish anything in life, you can’t just sit back and hope it will happen. You’ve got to make it happen.” ~Chuck Norris

I need to remember this ALL DAY -- I have to make my weight loss happen. Darn, I guess it just doesn't happen by itself.

GREAT JOB!! Each day counts, and adds up. Isn't is amazing how good we feel when we take care of ourselves. Here's hoping for day 8 for you.

I am working on Day 1 again, but I get so encouraged by all of you!

    Just for Today/ THURSDAY

    1. GET some WATER in...been doing horrible with this.
    2. Go to my granddaughter's volleyball game tonight and just enjoy it
    3. I will NOT feel guilty for the "bad" week I've had or for tonight.

I have had at least one grandchild's football/volleyball game to go to every night after work, sometimes more than one game in a night, and I have been enjoying it and they've been so happy to see us there cheering them on. It has led to unhealthy food choices all week and I'm paying for it, but darn it...I missed 8 years of this when we lived out of town and I won't let my Grands down anymore! I will shop healthier this weekend, pre-pack my work lunches and do better next week. This week I am dedicating to my grandkids' homecoming week games!

    Have a great Thursday!
