So here I am at the ripe old age of 40.

Eat at a deficit. Get enough protein. Do some resistance training along with cardio.

Live your life as you want to live it when you are smaller.

Sort of overdoing it here. But YOU CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT! And you don't have to totally eliminate all the good stuff. Just use your head.

    I recently rendered lard and got cracklings from it and my step mom was like "YOU HAVE TO BRING ME SOME CRACKLINGS FOR SOME CORNBREAD!"- I have never had it before. I will ask her to make me some as apparently it is really good.

    Im so full just looking at your success posts.. Im glad you are losing weight sensibly, which is saying yes to what you want just in limited amounts and with lots of moving around to keep those calories burning! Kudos to your progress to date, I know you will nail your goal with relative ease with the mindset you have.
