If you are eating that few calories like a glass of milk and water then you are starving your body. You will not lose weight if you don't feed your body. If it thinks you are starving it and it doesn't know when it's next meal is coming you will gain or not lose at all. I used to barely eat 600 calories a day and the scale wouldn't budge. I now eat 1700 a day and I'm losing weight!-1
