    Maintaining a 40lb loss is something to be very proud of! I was able to maintain my 70 lb loss for about 2 years before depression hit me. I recently gained about 30 back (which is why im back here...)

    Maintaining is honestly just as hard as losing. You start justifying and making excuses .. "oh ive earned this" etc lol
