Completed Day 7 level 1 and I tried level 2 to see what the moves were. I think I like level 2 a little more

Ok, day 1 level 1 complete! I have had this DVD for years but have never done the 30 day shred before because I find Gillian Michaels to be decidedly intimidating and I don't care for that kind of coaching but I kept an open mind and pushed through the video. It's actually not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. I'm glad I did it... looking forward to day 2.0

I've put it as 20 circuit training, general as the calories stated on Jillian's website are very close to these.0
