Im a PhysEd teacher in a primary/elementary school in the UK, and have a mad mad crush on one of the kids mums!

    Is she single?

I would doubt no, but its a very affluent school. So hubby could be a big London fund manager or something.

Which means he likely has a side chick, soooooo hit her with a FB friends request and get the party started.

a ballsy move......possibly too risky for me. She is insanely hot, and looks amazing in her lycra gym gear every morning.

Why do you think this chick is showing up in lycra every morning?? Whether she is married or not she is doing that to attract some attention

Im guessing hubby earns Bajillions of pounds a year, has scored a trophy wife, and after dropping off little Henry to my school, making my heart melt a little, she goes off for a coffee morning and then Pilates/Yoga at the local swanky gym.

    :(

This sounds like the beginnings of some kind of romantic comedy movie... or a very hot and steamy one...

believe me, the second one has been played out in my head a LOT!

Brown chicken brown cow (and before anyone asks a WTF, say it out loud and think of bad music in a particular kind of movie in the 1970's.)

errrrr.........it didn't feature me with a handlebar moustache, a bikini line resembling the shape of Alaska (and the bushiness associated!!!) ;)

So different scenery, same type of corny music.

clearly you last watched porn in 1982! ;)

LMAO considering I was 3 in 1982, highly doubtful.

I confess I opened a new bar of soap this morning and I"m going to throw it out cause it seems to be scented and is making my eyes burn and me sneeze

Have @ExileFromTheNorth take the soap and give it to his student's mom. So she can drop it.

I confess I told someone to quit calling my work. This was someone who we have told at least 3-4 times that we can't help her. I was nice about it, but now she is tattle telling to the president and owner of the company. All she wants to do is argue with us about being able to help her. Hopefully, I don't get in trouble for it.

I confess... I haven't pushed myself at all the past few weeks. Did not log my food (out of state with no service), and don't even know if I gained or lost.. It is going to take a big push for me to start back on Monday. The good news.. I still fit in my clothes.. The bad news... I still fit in my clothes. Oh Happy Day!

@ExileFromTheNorth Roofing. She wants info on a house we roofed back in 2007. We don't have records that go back that far.

sounds like one of those annoying parents at my school who's son is never rude, never wrong, essentially a mini Stephen Hawking and deserves an A in everything.......yet can't catch or tie his shoelaces.........an antagonist!

I need to put this out there. I don't want pity or excuses. Because there aren't any. It just needs put out of my head.

I'm having a really hard time getting past some things that have been said to me by those that mean a lot to me.

I'll just throw them out here

    "You're a failure as a wife,mother, nurse etc. "
"People at the gym talk about you. And not in a good way"
"Suck in your stomach. Why do you wear tight clothes?"
"Why is it taking you so long to lose the weight?"
    "You're stupid/dumb/ignorant for thinking XYZ..."

Make no mistake, I'm not blind to how I gained weight or why I am where I am. Nor am I sitting here not doing anything about it. I work 50+ hours a week as a nurse, I'm a parent and I run a household. I do what I can do.

    But *kitten* em.

    End Rant.
    @merrysailor88

I’m sorry you were treated this way…sometimes people really suck.

I get really hostile when I hear people being cruel to those that are close to them. Presumably family and friends…sheesh who needs enemies. Mean spirited words never help anything, they only cause undo pain. Knowing this does make me try to be kinder in my everyday dealings with everybody.

I really hope whoever you were talking about rethinks what they said and feels bad. They deserve to feel bad.

    Confess
I scheduled my surgery despite being terrified about what "secrets" I might spill, or even just the possibly of going on a belligerent rant while recovering from the anesthetic.
Confess that another thing that is bugging me is the fact that I have to take 2 weeks off work and no running...I'm afraid I will go batshit crazy with nothing to do. And truthfully...I keep thinking to myself I can still run, how will the Dr. know, it can't be that bad?

I confess I'm incredibly happy to be moving out of my house on Saturday. I confess that I also feel kind of guilty for being so happy about it. I confess that I'm afraid I'll be lonely most of the time all by myself.

Living by myself was the best thing I ever did. I learned so much about me as a person, and how to be an adult for real, without having family or roommates to help with things.

You will grow so much living on your own. Being alone and being lonely are two different things. You can do it, and you will be happy. :)
