How long has it been since you've had fast food?

I gave up cokes and fast food in March. Ive done really really good except for chickfila... I get the nuggets (just the 8-count nuggets, nothing else) as a treat every other week or so. I have a hard time with energy drinks, but I'm cutting way back on those too. I've gone from 2-3 full 16oz cans of monster a day to about 1/2-1 every other day (I'm good for the most part but not all the time). I miss french fries!!!! lol With the exception of chickfila, I havent touched other fast food places.... Now junk food on the other hand is a different story0

I had a sandich at Arby's this weekend, and a burger/shake at Braum's (because I was out of State and wanted to "splurge").
Then, on Monday, Dad had to order Fried Chicken (scowls...) so I had a piece of chicken too.
But all have been proportioned and in moderation, so yeahReally though, I don't get cravings for it.

3 days ago... I had cheesy fiesta potatoes and a doritos locos taco. Controlling how much I eat is just as, if not more important than the frequency of eating fast food.0

Had it today. BK Junior Whopper, no cheese, no mayo, add mustard. 260 Calories. $1.29. Oh yeah.

Try the Monster Rehabs. 20 Calories per can and, IMO, taste a hell of a lot better than normal Monsters.0 -

I treat myself every Friday night with something. Typically chinese food but sometimes I do have KFC or like tonight I am having Burger King...I am just careful on what I actually do get.0

I had Boloco a few months ago and I often hit food trucks for lunch because I live in a city and that's my option! But I always eat healthy when I'm out.0

3 days ago I had a grilled chicken honey mustard wrap from McDonald's and a diet coke (no fries! :sad:)0

I still do fast food as long as it fits in m daily goal. I just don't order as much as much as i use to and more chicken less burgers.0 -
Last Saturday. I eat what I want to eat, whenever i want to eat it. You can eat all foods, you just cant eat ALL the food.0

I had a 6 piece nuggets from McD's on Sunday. I am 100% well aware that they are deep fried beaks and a**holes and sawdust, but I don't care. They're delicious.

Other than Subway and Chipolte and Pizza (which I don't call Fast Food), it's been 3 years in January. Just the site of Mc D's and Burger King give me shakes now...0

It's been about a month and a half (Swedish fast food place called Max, where I get the veggie burger). Fast food isn't cheap here, which helps!0

I definitely have fast food once every two weeks. We do a lot of traveling so even if we make sandwiches for the road or whatever, we stop for a coffee & donut or something along the drive.
I had a Starbucks cookie with breakfast *GASP*
I don't ever eat at BK. I haven't been to Taco Bell since January. I was at McDonald's in May. I ate Subway, Wendy's and out at a few restaurants 3 weeks ago when I spent a week in a hotel.0 -

If you don't count pizza or a McDonald's cookie, it has been a couple months for me. I didn't intend to cut out fast food, but I just don't crave it anymore. My financial situation helps me stay away from fast food too.0

As for the burger FF, its been over 3 months...A slice of pizza or a hot dog at the baseball games couple times a week during BB season. Typically do not eat FF...Once I replaced FF with other food, I no longer have much craving for it and I eat less...0

I brought the kids to Wendy's a week or two ago. I had a jr. cheeseburger and a chicken wrap. I don't much care for Wendy's fries so it's easy to pass on those.
I also eat at the cafeteria at work two or three times a week. Their food is closer to homemade than fast food though. I know the head chef
They also have a salad bar and homemade soups so I don't consider it fast food even though it's not food I prepared myself.
I rarely go for fast food otherwise. It's not that I think it's horrible or that I don't like it. I just rather go to a restaurant where they serve you if I'm not going to make the food myself.0 -
I had a big mac combo last Friday when I was hammered! Lost my self control. This weekend, not drinking or eating fast food!0
