Day 19: this logging for yesterday Oct 9th.. Walked up and down stairs at the casino for 4 hours.. Burned probably more than 364 calories. Wow my thighs felt it going down stairs from the workout the day before.

Marking down today as done, as we're off and I'll be hiking most of the day, except when driving there and driving home. :):):)

Thank you! Home again! I only counted 45 minutes of hiking but I didn't keep careful track of the time, I just enjoyed. There was more and some climbing and I loved every minute of it. :)

Day 20: walked around another casino and burned over 400 calories and thighs still burning. I guess I really lifted a lot for my thighs to still burned when walking.

Day 18: home from Atlanta after 1/2 day @ conference. 10 or so flights of stairs, >9000 steps, including dancing @ the airport to karaoke. Hilarious groups @ the airport!
Day 19: just glad to sleep in my bed! Played catch up shopping with hubby, unpacked swag from conference, relaxed a little. >9500 steps & 50 mins walking. Even kept moving during Cardinals loss to the Cubs. Grrr. Yeah for me (kept moving) & shame on the Cards! Loosing in your home city...

I'm home again, so I'll keep up better with you pals. Just soooooo tiring @ conferences. 13-14 hour days, then add a few hours networking. I love these, so inspiring, but they wear you out!! Never get more than 4-5 hours of sleep. I'm like a kid, afraid I'll miss something!

Everyone is doing so well! So many different forms of exercising. Diamond Dallas Page (wrestler, I know, I know) spoke about his yoga tape. Hubby got it last year. Motivated me to dust it off & use it. Strong healthy body, here I come!!!

Day 21-zumba and weightlifting. I didn't want to go today but I didn't want to mess up my streak with this challenge. I'm glad I went, it made me feel much better

47 minutes with warm up, upper body strength and cool down. Oh and 10 minutes of high impact aerobics in the middle to burn some extra calories! It was nice!
