Day 24: Horrible day today. My daughter threw up 2 times on the way to preschool so i brought her back home. Spent the next 2 hours cleaning the car seat, her clothes, the car. Poor thing. The rest of the day I spent next to her reading and doing puzzles. I am logging 30 minutes of cleaning as today's exercise. Hope tomorrow is better.

I remember those days well. Poor mook and poor mom. :( I'd log cleaning as exercise under those circumstances as well.

Awe, I hope she feels better soon. Yes, I ALWAYS think cleaning house is work I mean exercise. Hope tomorrow is better for both of you.

Hello everyone and new faces. Hope your all well and still enjoying the challenge. So after my run Sunday it left me with a bad leg.. :s so kept it steady yesterday with core workouts. And today was an hour crossfit weight lifting and wod which was AMRAP(as many reps as possible ) in 10 mins and it was 10 ball throw ups with a 5kg ball and squats. 10 kettlebells swing 10k. And 10 box jumps (which I can't do /and really dislike ) and I did 8 rounds in 10 mins. Crossfit is intense I love it.. hoping for a run tomorrow.

Great work everyone :) your all working so hard. It's great to see

Wow! You are really working hard. Glad you took it easy to recover. I admire your dedication!

WillRN thank you, so kind of you too say. I think you're doing fantastically yourself.. we all are support here is brilliant. X

Day 24 5k run no t bad but my leg is playing up so time to lay off running until my race :( I've done the distance many times just time to take it easy. Because apparently when you run that's 5x your body weight impacting on your knees ankles.. wow I was shocked when I was told that!
Day 5 I've just done crossfit 1hr in the box (what crossfit call their gym) lots of weights today. I only started back in September so very much a beginner learning every time . So to day it was going 10-1 sequence so 10 power clean then 10 split jerk then do it all again 9,8,7,6 etc! At 23.5kg Think I'll feel this tomorrow.

Your all super duper. Be proud of what you have achieved. Great support guys xx :):):)

Im here on my last year of high school! I joined a wellness class, I thought I wouldn't do so well..but after a few weeks I started going to the school gym every noon hour and I still do, I work out 2-3 times a day and it has been 2 months so far and even on days I don't feel like working out I get someone to motivate me or get workout music to hype me up for a good amount of excerise. I'm trying to bodybuild and I just started. I'm glad on the progress I'm doing so far and I cheer you all on! I do the treadmill with an incline of 4.5 and a speed of 7 for 25 minutes, then I do a lot of weight lifting and core workouts for the next 35 minutes, my wellness class is an hour then I go in at noon which is another hour and Tuesdays and Thursdays my other class goes in the gym so I usually get 2-3 hours of working out

Today is a recovery day, so I devoted 32 minutes to a yoga based stretch.

    It felt super nice.

Did zumba yesterday. Arm and ab challenge today at home since I have a sick kid and couldn't make it to the gym. Honestly, I am starting to feel guilty now if I don't get something in. I love that feeling because that's new. Lol

Calisthenics today, I am doing the ab and arm challenge with my hubby. I want to do the butt challenge but I see that the challenge comes with a warm up preparing your booty for the challenge. That has to be intense. Maybe after the arm and ab challenge is over. :)

Is there a thread on here for the challenges you do? I think this one has encouraged me a lot - I'd be really interested in seeing the challenges!

I haven't seen a thread on here for the challenges. But I sure would love to. I just looked it up on pinterest and also found an app for it because my hubby likes things like that. He just didn't want to print it off and check it off with a little pencil. :) You're right though about this challenge, it motivated me to stay on track. That's why I started the other challenges.

Well today is suppose to be Day 28 for me. But I haven't gone the gym all week or posted. I did walk a lot at work thought, getting up and moving around the shop instead of sitting at my desk all day. A little disappointed in myself, since I started this challenge.

Well I am not going to start the challenge over again.. I am just going to post everyday started later today when I clean and up six flights of stairs to do laundry again... About 6 times.

Don't beat yourself up. You kept it moving and getting derailed happens to all of us. Don't let it take your head to a place that will not encourage you in your journey. I had bad days and kept it moving and you were right there cheering so many on for getting activity in. Me included. Great job on getting up and moving when you didn't have to. Keep it moving! :)

Well posted that to soon!!... what I was meant to say was don't feel bad about it. Or beat yourself up . Dust yourself off and start day 29 sounds like you've had a busy week. If I know something from this challenge is that it's hard to work out everyday so doing your normal day to day stuff is tuff going anyway. I'm a nurse and walk miles a day that's before dealing with pts lifting turning etc and thats before I run around after my2 kids. And everything in between . What I'm trying to say is we all lead busy lives and even though we don't notice it were working out all the time so start a fresh day 29... your doing fab so smile bright today's a new day x

Right day 28 15 mins of kettlebells. Been a long week!! Day 29 30 mins HIIT butt and thighs work out .It's a 5 day challenge so im going to give this a shot.. <3 fitness blender .

Doing fantastic everyone xx remember were only human . :)
