My second recovery day, an hour walking. Well really, an hour of Leslie Sansone, but I'm counting it as an hour of walking.

    Day 28: walked > 4 miles/10,500 steps. Several 6 or 8 flights of stairs.
Day 29: 40 mins walking, and >3 miles. 4 Flights of stairs. A little @ a time. Stupid week, working every other night! It is messing with my sleep, exercise & foods! It'll be better now, off a few days. Whew! Glad all that's over. Back to loosing the next pound....in a much better mood as well! Thank you all for being so supportive, it's inspiring!

Getting a call from a middle schooler's English teacher followed by an impromptu conference really made getting my workout in challenging!

However, in lieu of making dinner, I got my workout in!

8 minutes HIIT, 28 minutes weights/strength and 17 minutes pilates. Boy did I SWEAT!

Good job! I tried that, but ended in too much "retail therapy" I should leave the credit cards @ home!

WillsRN, not only are you doing great, but you're the best cheerleader, thank you!
  • This is a great idea! Is it possible to start whenever, or is it closed to newcomers for the time being? It goes along with something I've been wanting to do starting 1 November, but I'm willing to start it tomorrow. :)
