    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Yoga and meditation retreat.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Was going to yoga class but too tired. Walked around the hockey arena instead with DH.

    What would I have done differently? not too much, started drinking water earlier in day

    What is today's personal goals? Too tired to get to yoga class, but did walk around the arena with my Hubby.
    Mood today?     :| Not feeling well on Tuesday, better today but not 100%.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, got on my bike and watched my calories though out the day.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Biking on my turbo trainer.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Sunday is rest day, no exercise but mindful eating.
    Mood today?    :) a sunny day feels like Spring.
