    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took in a Saturday Yoga class. It was a gentle one and restorative.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Stay on track with eating, drink more water. Rest day no exercise.
    Mood today?     

    Sun - Yoga and meditation retreat.
    Mon- Walking around the arena 30 mins.
    Tues- Walking around the arena 30 mins.
    Wed- Yoga class 75 mins.
    Thurs- Walking around the arena 30 mins.
    Fri- Yoga class 75 mins.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Monday & Tuesday at my grandson's didn't track.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No goal set.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ???
    What would I have done differently? ???
    What is today's personal goals? Too tired to get to yoga class, but did walk around the arena with my Hubby.
    Mood today?     :| Not feeling well on Tuesday, better today but not 100%.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Exercised and ate well. Watched my snacking.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Walking 30 min - done + restorative yoga tonight 75 mins
    Mood today?   :D

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Don't know didn't track last night we had company for dinner.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, got on my bike and watched my calories though out the day.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Biking on my turbo trainer.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Sunday is rest day, no exercise but mindful eating.
    Mood today?    :) a sunny day feels like Spring.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went for a long walk and went further than the last time
    What would I have done differently? drink more water
    What is today's personal goals? drink water, I already got in Aquafit stay under despite valentines dinner out tonight
    Mood today? It looks like I will have a bit extra time until I start my new job on the 24th. Plan to exercise more while I can.
