Got on the scale this morning and gained probably 5-6 pounds over the holidays. Changed my weight and started
from scratch.
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Rest day no exercise.
What would I have done differently? Nothing
What is today's personal goals? Yoga class - done and laundry
Mood today?When I saw what I weighed today.

My weight varies a lot so I don't always reset my weight until I see whether it comes down again. Lately though it seems like resetting my weight helps me lose. So I just did the same thing and it has been coming down now. Just wish it would stay down.
