    Back from vacation as of Wednesday and I did get over 10,000 steps everyday I was gone and we
    rented bikes one day and did some biking.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes back on track again after my vacation.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I didn't set a goal I just got back from vacation so laundry was my plan.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Drinking my water, logging my food and exercise.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Drinking more water, tracking, Yoga class - done.
    Mood today?      :)

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Didn't track yesterday, I went to a meditation and yoga retreat
    and couldn't figure the calories for the lunch even though it was vegetarian.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, yoga and meditation.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Released any stresses I had.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? It was supposed to be relaxing but ended up walking 30 mins.
