    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a nice walk
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Yoga class - done + help my hubby get the furniture back in the rec room.
    We are having carpeting installed as we speak.
    Mood today?     :| Tired its been a busy month so far.

    What is today's personal goals? TM (transcendental meditation) session day 1
    Mood today?    :|    Feeling effects of the meditation, all good but stress is releasing.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Too much going on haven't been tracking like usual.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Finishing up the house purging I have been doing.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Finished up the house purging. Yay!
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Third of session of TM (transcendental meditation) and finished last
    of house purging and organizing.
    Mood today?   :)

    Sun - Rest day no exercise
    Mon- Yoga class 75 mins.
    Tues- Walking 40 min.
    Wed- Yoga 75 min.
    Thurs- No exercise - lunch with an MFP friend who is in my area.
    Fri- Biking 30 mins.
    Sat- House purging and TM session. No exercise.

    What is today's personal goals? low calories & rest from exercise
    Mood today? I have been waking up with sever head and neck pains so instead of work I went to my doctors. We narrowed the possibilities down but still not quite sure what the exact problem is. I think it is a combination of something in my home from turning on the radiator and a small back injury affecting my sleeping position causing the neck pain. We turned off the radiator and my headache is better if not completely gone. She thinks it is stress and I think that is right. I think the stress is combining with the others to make the others more severe.
