    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I don't think so
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? well...only one bowl of ice cream!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? For New Year's Eve we went to Zoo Lights so we walked a bunch while celebrating! Then we came home and made a healthy yummy dinner!

    What is today's personal goals? some exercise and PT
    Mood today? I upped my steps last week and started to lose some of the Holiday Gain

    Got on the scale this morning and gained probably 5-6 pounds over the holidays. Changed my weight and started
    from scratch.

    My weight varies a lot so I don't always reset my weight until I see whether it comes down again. Lately though it seems like resetting my weight helps me lose. So I just did the same thing and it has been coming down now. Just wish it would stay down.
