What would I have done differently? UGH! go to the Y - watch my food intake. I think I would have been okay if I got in a good workout.
What is today's personal goals? went for a 60 minute walk and got my Fitbit synched back up

Sun- Raked part (I have 5acres) of my yard for an hour. Tired arms
Mon- very little exercise

Wed - worked around the house and cleaned 4 fish tanks
Thurs - SMR/stretching, strength training, 15min elliptical, 15min bike, 40min swimming

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? i went and played cards with my family i dont do that often. i did some walking but i also tryed to make appointments for my teeth it didnt work out well tho
What would I have done differently? probably saved the calzone for today instead of finishing the whole thing but it was soo good

We were at the cottage for Canadian Thanksgiving so our WI Fi hot spot
was not working no Wi Fi and no connection with MFP.
I did a Yoga class on Saturday for 1 hour and walked every day for 40 mins.

Hello Everyone. I want to try to do this again. It was too hard with 2 jobs and we had a lot of issues this summer. Still have 2 jobs but one is a bit light right now. I really need to get more exercise and stay on track. One issue was a knee injury which is related to worsening Arthritis. I have not have any problems with it until this summer. Probably damaged my meniscus doing a dance move but they say it is because of the arthritis. So health is as important as making a living. I am going to spend a minute seeing how you all are doing.

What would I have done differently? not go over - been hungry at night. I recently changed my setting and my calories went from 1500 to 1300. Last night I logged 1538 for the day. I should have gone to the Y in the afternoon.

What would I have done differently? nothing - the Y had a wine/beer tasting charity event last night that I went to. There is no way I could track the sips of beer/wine that I drank I got to hang out with my sister too.
