    What would I have done differently? Wished I felt better to get back to exercising.
    What is today's personal goals? Tried getting to Yoga class but slept in.
    Mood today?   :D First day feeling better since getting cold.

    Still fighting this cold and sinus problem but went to the doctors today
    so hope to be back to normal soon. Antibiotics and nose gel.

    I am day 5 of antibiotics but still doing exercise as much as I can. My energy level isn't back
    yet but will get there. Five more days of antibiotics to go.

    on with Christmas completely forgot.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Baked a new batch of cookies and went to Yoga class.

    Mood today?  :| Energy level is not back to normal.
