    What is today's personal goals? Yoga class - done - Keep on track...drink my water.

    Tues- Went to see my grandson- no exercise
    Wed- Traveling to boat show, just walking exercise

    Mood today?   :| cold in the house and we bumped up the heat. It's -1C

    Mood today? Having a good day. No work so I decided to go to a movie I didn't have time to see yet. I made a healthy breakfast so I wasn't hungry for movie treats. I walked around before and after the movie and got in a bunch of steps. Now I will make dinner for tonight. I even had logged the movie popcorn and got to exchange that for a helathier leftover lunch.

    What is today's personal goals? Yoga class-done and cleaned the downstairs.
    Mood today?   :) It's really cold here today.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went over my step goal and was in the burn range and cardio range for a longer amount of the walk,
    What would I have done differently? more water
    What is today's personal goals? water, keep calories down already got some exercise but good to keep steps up
    Mood today? feeling better about the week relative to my health & fitness goals more exercise, more healthy food at home even a bit more water most days. However it is because I didn't have as many work hours.
