SAY "NO" TO LATE NIGHT SNACKING -- NOVEMBER 2015 CHALLENGE

I'm a little late on this challenge but would like to join starting tonight. The late afternoon/early evening snacking is what gets me, so I'll include it with this challenge. I'll allow myself a small snack after dinner if it's within my calorie range.

Wait - are you supposed to start over when you blow it? I have been tracking good days / blew it days as in my post above. What is the purpose of the * notation then, if you are supposed to start over each time? Thanks in advance. ~ Kathy
The * shows that you won or LNS won on the most recent night.
Me: is the no of successful days overall for the month.
Streak: is the no of days since the last time LNS won.
So for me:
Me: 9* I have been successful for 9 nights including last night
LNS: 0 LNS hasn't beaten me so far this month
Streak: 9...(13...overall) Taking one day at a time! I haven't given in to LNS for 9 days in a row this month.
You have to start a new streak each time you give in.
The no in brackets is the total no of days since I last gave in to LNS.
@WalkerPop looking forward to your Century of success tomorrow. Way to go!
@huango We set our own parameters here. Scheduling in that healthy supper is sensible if you eat so early and work late. Welcome to the group.
@blackburn23 Building in the cushion returns the element of choice to you and means that you stay in control rather than fail :thumbs up:0 -

Hi, everyone! I know I am late to the thread - but I hope the attitude is better later than never!
Since I am in grad school and work full time, my late night snack typically consists of carbs and a stiff drink (both of which are waistline killers).
I joining in with no snacking or drinking on 6 out of 7 nights of the week after 8pm!

I broke down last night and snacked. I went to bed really early and told myself I would wake up at midnight to get some much needed housework done. Well, that didn't work out. I tried to get up and told myself I needed the food and snacks to get me motivated and help wake me up. So, I snacked and said, I'm still tired and unmotivated. I'm going back to sleep. However, I did get a lot of that work done today.0 -
