    2. Be consistent with smart eating even on hubby's days off!
    3. Use fruit as something sweet, when need!!!!

    OK I'm in! this only one of the behaviors I need to change but it a huge one for me. I am almost addicted to lns. after dinner I have popcorn probably 3-5 times a week. the rest of the week I graze for left overs or whatever then probably at least 6 nights a week a have a bowl of cereal b4 bed. this is a habit! i need to work to change the bad habits and replace with good ones!
    any advice would be a big help!
